Looking at our roster of coaches offering boxing lessons for On Target Training PDX (and kickboxing lessons for that matter) I realized that in finding and training these coaches I have accidentally surrounded myself with licensed Personal trainers. This means on top of teaching people to box and kick box for fitness, fighting or self defense all of our coaches are experts in weight lifting, HIIT training, kettlebells, dumbells, barbells, TRX bands, muscle growth, fat loss, nutrition, and more. We love sharing combat sports with the Portland area (and the pacific northwest for that matter) but being able to help people with all of their fitness goals and train people to lose weight, get fit, and have fun in the gym is equally important to us.
