Boxing Lessons in SE Portland

This was shot after coach Sam won his second fight of the weekend (and 3rd fight in 7 days) To secure his spot in the finals of the oregon Golden Gloves Boxing Tournament. Sam worked his butt off and earned his wins! It’s cool to see a personal trainer and boxing coach like sam practice what he preaches with his clients both in and out of the ring. Sam is available for boxing lessons and personal training sessions so I wouldn’t wait to book with him!

Coach Bryan sanchez is a professional boxer with an undefeated record who came back to the golden glvoes boxing tournament to help me corner sam. Bryan won the Oregon golden gloves and regionals years ago, earning his spot at the national tournament. He was crucial to have in the corner and helped sam make the adjustments needed to win his fight. Bryan is also available to book for boxing lessons for anyone who wants to learn how to box in portland, OR. He is great at technical training but also using Boxing for Fitness and Fitness boxing with his one on one clients.

Tia is there smiling since she is also going on to regionals to represent team oregon. Tia got a walk over at the golden gloves boxing tournament but we believe that she is well deserving of the opportunity to represent team oregon.
